Visiting our website is free of charge. It is the visitor's responsibility to make all necessary arrangements to access the site.

• All prices displayed include 15% VAT.
• Bostani does not guarantee product availability at all times, as inventory changes throughout the day.
• Bostani reserves the right to modify prices, add, change, or remove special offers at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. If a customer has paid more than the actual product price, the difference will be refunded.

• We currently accept the following payment methods: Mada, Visa, and Mastercard.
• The customer confirms they are authorized to use the selected payment method. Bostani reserves the right to reject orders when payments are suspected to be unauthorized or when the payment method is deemed invalid.

• Customers may cancel their order and request a full refund, provided Bostani is notified within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method or via bank transfer.

• Returns are generally not accepted unless one of the following conditions applies:
• The product was damaged during shipping. The customer must contact Bostani within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and submit a photo showing the damage along with the order number.
• The product is defective or expired.
• The product was shipped to an incorrect address.

• No claims will be accepted after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
• Chocolate is a sensitive product and cannot be exchanged once received. In the event of an error on Bostani's part, a replacement order will be issued.
• If a requested product is unavailable, the customer will be notified and may request a modification or a full refund. If the customer does not respond within 24 hours, Bostani reserves the right to cancel the order.

• The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of all order details and specifications. Bostani is not liable for any errors originating from the customer.
• Customers must carefully verify all order information before confirming. No modifications will be accepted once an order has been confirmed.
• All orders are subject to Bostani's review and approval. Bostani may decline any order containing offensive or inappropriate content at its sole discretion.
• Bostani reserves the right to use samples or images of custom orders in its premises, printed materials, and advertising.

• Orders are shipped via SMSA Express across all regions of Saudi Arabia.
• Pickup from an SMSA branch is recommended to ensure the order is maintained in optimal conditions.
• Order processing and shipping to the customer's city takes up to 5 business days.

• Express home delivery is available in cities where Bostani branches operate, during branch working hours.
• Delivery is made on the same day, within hours of placing the order.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery location details and must not change them after the order is confirmed.
• Customers must answer the delivery driver's calls promptly upon contact. If the customer fails to respond, changes the delivery location after the driver has departed, or requests delivery to a different address than the one on record, additional delivery charges will apply based on the actual distance.
• If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, Bostani reserves the right to reschedule delivery subject to additional charges.

All Bostani products are manufactured in an environment containing almonds and may contain traces of other nuts. Customers with nut allergies are advised to take this into consideration.

• Bostani is committed to delivering its products to the highest quality standards. However, Bostani shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from misuse of products or improper storage by the customer.
• It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure products are used correctly in accordance with the instructions provided.

• Bostani shall not be held liable for any delays in processing or shipping caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, security disruptions, or sudden service interruptions by shipping carriers.
• During peak seasons and holidays, orders may experience delays beyond Bostani's control due to high operational load on shipping carriers. In such cases, Bostani will make every effort to expedite fulfillment and notify customers of any expected delays.

• The content on the Bostani website does not grant any copyright, trademark, design rights, or other intellectual property rights related to its content, including logos, images, and designs.
• Use of any content or materials on this site is permitted only with prior written consent from Bostani.
